FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Arjia.
Answers to the most commonly asked questions about Arjia.
General
What is Arjia?
Arjia is a DeFi autopilot trading and portfolio management platform. It lets you manage liquidity positions, run grid trading bots, track portfolios across multiple chains, and automate strategies using AI — all from one interface.
Which blockchains does Arjia support?
Arjia supports 9 chains: Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain (BSC), Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Avalanche, Solana, and TRON (bridging only). You can manage assets and positions across all supported chains from a single dashboard.
Is Arjia free to use?
Arjia offers a free tier with basic features. Pro, Advanced, and Enterprise tiers unlock additional capabilities like AI strategies, advanced grid bots, and priority support. Visit your account settings to view pricing details.
Wallets & Security
Which wallets are supported?
Arjia supports MetaMask, WalletConnect, and other EVM-compatible wallets for Ethereum and L2 chains. For Solana, we support Phantom, Solflare, and other Solana wallets. You can connect multiple wallets simultaneously.
How are my API keys stored?
Exchange API keys are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage. Keys are never stored in plaintext. For maximum security, Arjia also supports AWS KMS and GCP KMS for hardware-backed key management.
Does Arjia have access to my funds?
Arjia operates as a non-custodial platform for on-chain activities. Your wallet keys remain in your control. For exchange integrations, API keys are configured with the permissions you choose — we recommend using read-only or trade-only permissions without withdrawal access.
Trading
What is grid trading?
Grid trading is a strategy that places buy and sell orders at preset intervals (a "grid") within a price range. When prices move up and down within the range, the bot automatically buys low and sells high, profiting from market volatility. Arjia supports Long, Short, and Neutral grid modes.
What exchanges can I connect?
Currently, Arjia supports Bybit and Binance for exchange integrations. You can connect API keys from these exchanges to sync positions, view P&L, and manage grid trading bots. 3Commas integration is also available for grid bot management.
How does the AI Copilot work?
The AI Copilot is a multi-agent assistant that can analyze markets, develop trading strategies, generate performance reports, and execute trades. It uses your portfolio context and market data to provide personalized recommendations. All automated executions require your approval before running.
DeFi & Liquidity
What is concentrated liquidity?
Concentrated liquidity (CLMM) lets you provide liquidity within a specific price range instead of across the entire price curve. This concentrates your capital where trading actually happens, potentially earning higher fees with less capital. Arjia supports CLMM positions on Orca, Raydium, and Byreal on Solana.
How does cross-chain bridging work?
Arjia integrates with deBridge to enable cross-chain token transfers. You select a source chain and token, choose a destination chain, and the bridge handles the cross-chain swap. Transactions typically complete within a few minutes depending on the chains involved.
Can I track lending positions?
Yes. Arjia integrates with Aave and other lending protocols to show your supply and borrow positions, interest rates, and yields in a unified lending dashboard.
Notifications
What notification channels are available?
Arjia supports Telegram and Slack notifications. Through the Telegram bot, you can receive daily portfolio reports, weekly performance summaries, market analysis, and LP position alerts. Slack integration provides channel-based notifications for team trading setups.
